Gateway Area Land Loan has Funded
The refinance of a key piece of land in the Gateway district of Portland, OR has closed. This 5.18 acre piece of land will be home to a large master planned community that will ultimately include office, higher education, multifamily and senior living. McBride Capital was honored to place the financing for this pivotal piece of land, which is ideally situated at the confluence of multiple MAX Lines as well as I-84 and I-205. The land is adjacent to a large shopping center that contains Fred Meyer, Kohl's, Ross Dress for Less, Office Depot, Starbucks, and Applebees.
The loan was originated by Ken McBride and placed with a bank lender.
