McBride Capital arranges HUD loan for Portland multifamily property
McBride Capital is pleased to announce the refinance of The Melrose Apartments in Portland, Oregon has funded. Dwight Capital, a top three HUD lender provided the financing for this property via the FHA insured section 223(f) program. The 72-unit multifamily property was built in 1973 and fully renovated in 2017-2018, allowing it to qualify for Green Energy Certification and a reduced MIP of 0.25%.
